Introduction
Hi, my name is Laura Taylor and I am pursuing the MSc. in Instructional Design and Technology (MSc. IDT) programme, University of the West Indies, Open Campus. I will utilise the competencies gained from this programme, and other academic studies, my life, and work experiences to fulfil the goals of instructional design. These goals include facilitating and managing learning and development and human performance improvement initiatives in any learning, academic, or training environment. My hope is to also contribute to research and advancement of the discipline as I learn.
The experience gained through the MSc. IDT programme has certainly equipped me with enhanced knowledge, skills and attitude to function efficiently within the field. My expertise can be applied in a variety of areas:

I highlight my interests (Human Performance Technology; and eLearning), demonstrate several accomplishments and showcase several projects created during the programme. Each item and project reflects a work in progress that will be strengthened with time and practice to align my competency with best-practices of the field and to accomodate the interests of the learner, and or client.
